Although Peg Walsh Psychotherapy does not accept insurance,
some clients maybe eligible for reimbursement through their medical
insurance if they have a diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress syndrome or another medical diagnosis. After your appointment, you’ll receive a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that Peg Walsh is coded as an Advanced Practice RN, APRN# 9211316, and NPI # 1174878037. Clients can use this information to ask their insurance company if services provided by Peg Walsh Psychotherapy will be reimbursed by insurance.
Payment for Services
Clients of Peg Walsh Psychotherapy are expected to pay at time of service.
Acceptable payment methods are cash, Zelle, Paypal, credit card or check.
- Payments from HSA accounts are processed using Square (receipt
provided) - Medicare patients are not eligible for Medicare reimbursement
- We off offer a 10% discount to active and ex-military soldiers and their
families
Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment 24
hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a
$100 cancellation fee to the client.
